If you’re expecting more out of your next Realtor, you’ve come to the right place. I treat each home purchase as if it were my own. I’ve been selling houses in Atlanta for 10 years now, and in this time I’ve developed a strong network of professionals I work with closely including other realtors, lenders, contractors, engineers, and attorneys. I hear about homes for sale before they are publicly announced. When issues arise, I know who to call and can get things done in a very short timeframe.
Anyone can find a home on their own on the Internet. However, as buyers have become more educated on the process of purchasing a home, finding a good buyer representative has become essential. Until recently, almost all real estate agents represented the seller, not the buyer, in real estate transactions. By law, the agent was required to work on the seller’s side to get the highest price and best terms for that seller. This is the obligation of the agent who lists the home. Consumer advocacy groups have endorsed Buyer Representation, and now licensing laws in virtually every state are being reworked to enable and encourage representation for the Buyer.
As a nationally recognized Accredited Buyer Representative, I understand the importance of providing excellent representation to my buyer clients. From the initial selection of properties, all the way through contract negotiations and settlement, I am personally committed to representing my buyers’ best interests and working tirelessly to create a smooth, positive experience in each transaction.
If you’d like the power of an active established Realtor on your side, just fill out my contact form and feel free to add any special requests in the comments area. Once I receive the form, I’ll contact you to further discuss the particular type of property you’re looking for, and let you know precisely what I plan to do to make your dream a reality.
